26. If Nothing Changes, Nothing Changes

Do you want to lose weight? Reduce stress? Work less? Find more joy? Improve your sleep?

If you’re having troubles seeing results to any of these, let me ask what you have done to change your regular routine to enable these things to happen? 

Have you changed your daily routine to accommodate for extra sleep or extra time to do something joyful?

Have you swapped out your current foods for whole foods? 

Have you reduced your screen time to enable more time for exercise?

Remember, if nothing changes, nothing changes.

To become the woman goddess you are, you’ll have to let a lot of your current comforts go. You’ll have to say no to happy hour and yes to the gym. You’ll have to say no to another Netflix series and yes to an earlier bedtime. Or no to the 3pm soda and yes to plain water. 

Because remember…if nothing changes, nothing changes.
