Our lives run in cycles and seasons. As women we can feel these shifts strongly. You might be thriving one season only to feel defeated and struggling in another season. Rather than suppress and power through, maybe consider gifting yourself someone who can help you through whatever season you’re in.
10 reasons to seek out a wellness coach:
- You constantly wake up feeling tired or you’re always tired.
- You’re struggling to be consistent with your diet and exercise.
- You feel stressed and don’t know how to release it.
- You want a consistent meditation practice but don’t know where to start.
- Your closest relationships feel a little tense lately.
- Your self talk is more negative.
- Your sex drive is low.
- You think you should be feeling better than you are (despite implementing healthier habits).
- You’re going through a major life event or life change and things feel overwhelming.
- You need reliable accountability.

There are many wellness coaches with particular specialties. I encourage you to find one that feels right for you. If it’s not me that’s okay…I just want you to find the right person for you. Nobody should feel they have to struggle alone.
