12. Need more Time and Energy?

Are you feeling overwhelmed? Maybe stuck in a rut? Lacking motivation or creativity?

Try this one month Clear the Clutter game. Learn how to get ride of things that no longer serve you. Gain back the time and energy so you can do the things you enjoy.

Here’s how to play the Decluttering Game:

This game takes one month to play. Either start on the 1st of the month, or get a blank calendar and mark days 1-31. On the 1st day, get rid of 1 item in your house. On the 2nd day, get rid of 2 items. On the 3rd day, get rid of 3 items. Continue this pattern for the entire month (31 days).

Purpose:

  • To clear the clutter in your life.
  • To clear the space you live.
  • Reduce energy spent worrying over things.
  • Reduce time spent tending to things rather than people (or your own self care!).
  • To clear unneeded thoughts that live rent free in your mind. 
  • To take back control of how you choose to spend your energy and time.


As the month progresses, you might be in awe at how much extra ‘stuff’ you’ve accumulated (remember to practice self-love and be kind to yourself rather than judge yourself). There is a lightness in your body when you clear out things that no longer serve you.
