My Story

Transformational coach + mindfulness junkie + laugh lover + plant-based warrior + nature lover

You should know right away: I’m empathic, authentic and easy to make laugh (God I love laughing!). What I love most about coaching is getting to see the real woman behind the curtain. I love teaching overly busy, ambitious, overwhelmed women (yeah that was me!) how to step away from the chaotic rat-race and center their lives around their own joy.

Step away from the Human Doing and enjoy the amazing Human Being you are.

How will you live your one wild and precious life?

Then. This question hit me one day as I was doing some spring cleaning at my house. As a mom, business-owner, wife and questioner, I started to realize I wasn’t living MY life. I was living a life I thought others wanted me to live. And quite frankly…I was done.

In the midst of raising two young boys, running my own cycle studio (teaching 14 classes a week…hello exhaustion!), endlessly trying to maintain a house I couldn’t keep up with, and trying to “play my role”, I burned out. I realized life wasn’t going to get happier with more income, the ‘perfect body’ or avoiding the pit in my stomach that I was meant for something else.

I was spending my one wild and precious life going through the motions and trying to make others happy.

Now. Although the “work” is never done, I managed to make the necessary changes in my life to find my own authenticity, joy and purpose. I center my life around slowing down (the pandemic certainly helped kickstart this for me).

I want to help women understand that this ugly pattern of productivity = worthiness couldn’t be farther from the truth. I know it is a hard habit the break, but I’m doing it. I’ve (mostly) stopped making decisions to make others happy. I put myself at the top of my priority list (yes…YOU belong there too). I take time for my physical, emotional and spiritual self-care every single day.

Why? Because I know I’m a better wife, mom, daughter, sister and human being when I make this time for myself. I am worth it.

And you are too. We’ve got this one wild and precious life to live and my hope is that you decide to live it authentically, joyfully and fully with me.
